Why do employees leave?

A Recruiters View:
"Talent shortages can be up to 35 - 50% in developing nations considering the fact that there are a lot of investment opportunities now. But the key question unanswered is why do employees leave??"

Learning for HR Managers, take a recruiters view into consideration when you are looking at retention strategies. They know what people are looking for since they lured them away from other firms in the first place ! Often such critical knowledge is not shared between the silos of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management (Recruiters and Generalists!).
