I wish they have India centric guides too. Or someone does something similar for Indians. Then I could refer people to guides like this :-) So are you interested in a career in HR?

Guatam, how open are the indian corporates about hiring people with business background into HR ? I fall into this category but not quite sure how to make the shift. I am looking specifically at areas such as organization effectivess and change, etc.
