The new CEO of Bristol Myers Squibb apparently does not want to focus on just 'business dimensions' but also HR issues:
"A key priority of mine will also be management development and succession planning to ensure that the company continues to benefit from strong and effective leadership."
Considering the fact that he was serving as the interim CEO for the last eight months, I am sure the importance of both development and succession planning has been amply clear to him :-) One of the interesting things BMS has been upto is:
a collaboration with Biocon and Accenture to significantly expand the company's
research and development presence in India
