What HR help do organisations want?

On this blog I've always tried to give my perspective and take on things but this post is about asking you...

  1. What are the biggest HR challenges that you see in your organizations?
  2. Where can your HR function require external help from a small consulting setup like Imagence Partners?
  3. The other request is, if you feel that our firm can help your organization in any way, can you introduce us to the decision maker?

Feel free to leave us a comment for the first two questions, and email us if you'd like us to work with you.

Have a great week ahead :-)

  1. 1.The biggest challeneges today in HR are:
a.To take attention beyond attrition and retention to employee engagement which actaully will stimulate growth and retention both.
2.To get into deepre perspective of talent management ,which is byond aseesment& development of 5-10% of workforce. The need of the hour is to creatre pipelines and environment to nurture them throughout levels of organisation. Also to look at wider net ,beyong degrees to recruit and retain people.e.g retailers are now recruting housewives and vegetable vendors etc.
3.HR in India has forgotten its strategic asset in race of trying to be strategic. The confidence, trust and wellness of its employees in absolute sense is none's business today. They have been reduced to mere numbers and rate and ratio analysis.
As Ganesh Chella said talk about "employees right" first before you want to talk or commit anything.
4.HR leaders will have to walk out of pretence of being strategic even without taking employee into confidence. They need to question why they are doing and for whom ?

Imagence Partners can fill in these gaps by providing eye opening analysis, diagnosis and customise solutions in these areas.Though the pretext for entry would be the same Training programs, assessment centers etc.
