Hi Gautam, I do not see the title of your blog is lame! It's pretty good and suits to the theme of blog. The suffix, Management Consultant is also appropriate as this is your promotion tag.
You have established a great brand already, I'd be hesitant to change it drastically. Definately keep your name in it. You could tweak to something like "Gauntam Ghosh's Management Memo".

In the U.S. the name is distinctive, and stands out from the gazillions of pseudo-management blogs that deal in sappy inspirational messages.
