Tip 2: Pay it forward
Whenever you get calls or emails from a recruiter for an opening you might not really be a match for, take out five minutes and forward that mail or details to a couple of your friends who might be.
Tell both sets of people, your friends, as well as the recruiters about it.
By doing so, you invest simultaneously in two emotional bank accounts.
That ensures that two sets of people are more inclined to help you when you are looking for help, like in a job search.
