AT Kearney for sale?

The Top Consultant blog says that ATK might get a management buyout from EDS...back to the partnership model?

    EDS did that couple of years ago when they sold their PLM division as they were having cash problems at that time. Probably those problem still continue , forcing them to sell AT kearney
