Very true. Would just like to add that this works both way. Lot of Indian or Chinese who came here for higher studies or during the tech-boom not only act as brand ambassadors of their native land & cultures but also need to soak the local cultural nuances.
ReplyDeleteAnd they are the ones who are enabling the IT/BPO boom by building a strong network and goodwill in host coutries. It is not the job of just folks in front end roles like (BD/Sales) but all of us. A more connected world is good for all of us.
