To say that people orientation is a mere social work is a fallacy.
ReplyDeleteThere is immense potential in people when they are socially recognised and respected. I strongly hold the view that HR manager will be easily exposed if he is considering people orientation as a social work. We need to be genuine to the team members and win them over with our true commitment both in words and in deeds. I say this based on my 25 years of combat experience with men in the Indian Army; so say the great authors of HRM whose views I am learning in the Management School of IIT Kharagpur, presently.
