ReplyDeleteI find it hard to digest that.Yes, training is important, but I think "learning on the job" is itself one of the challenges that one needs to learn.One needs to embrace the uncertainity. I think in India, the job supply is more than the demand for jobs. Hence, one notices people switching jobs. The IT industry in India pampers its employees. (Infy Bangalore is like a vacation spot. They provide the best training, strong values,...almost about everything).Yet folks leave coz they find a "better" job that pays them well,or gives them an opportunity to grow.What say?:)
