Few good points like the "Specialist" role/career paths not being embraced by the everyone in the industry and so on but "Sounded" like an interview on Doordarshan!
ReplyDeleteThe podcast is really informative..but yeah in between I dozed off..Well ..the thing that first comes to my mind when i think of this podcast is the fact presented by you that Organization which will change the roles to suit people will survive and grow.. and its in true sense people oriented...
