As he waits for the noncompete clause in his contract with his former employer, Star TV, to lapse in July, Mukerjea’s executed a Lalloo Prasad-esque job swap, taking over the reigns of the head-hunting business founded by his wife, Indrani, who has gone over to INX Media, the Mukerjeas’ new TV channel project.
He’s likely to find his new career as exciting as his old one. Indian head-hunting has obviously gone global with a vengeance, with Indian firms looking for people to run their operations abroad and foreign firms looking for people to run their businesses in India.

Hi Gautam,
ReplyDeleteI have been a reader and subscriber of your blog for some time now and have been reading your posts since. They have been extremely informative, kudos for that.
This is an interesting move by Peter, but not very surprising one. As you have put in your article, Indian recruiting is on a verge of phenomenal growth and people see a lot of opportunity here.
