Maybe Friedman wasn't so right about the real world, but the blogosphere is surely flattening as a Chinese celebrity blogger becomes the top blog in the Technorati 100.
So when can we see an Indian blog in the top 100? Still some time to go I guess. With the Tamil blogosphere growing the fastest, I think it won't be an Indian English blog to get the honors.

The blogs in Indian languages are growing, the real growth is coming from Indian blogs in English. At last count, there were only 1000 - 2000 tamil blogs. with this kind of a base, we can't expect an Indian language blog to make it to the Technorati top 100. Leave technorati, we have only 1/2 blogs in technorati top 1000. i think this has to do with the fact that indian blogs that much link-love to other indian blogs.
ReplyDeleteThis is a really cool site!
ReplyDeleteIve been trying to find several india related blogs before I travel to Mumbia this summer.
Thanks!
