Britain's Management Consulting Group Plc (MCG) said its chairman, chief executive and finance director had all resigned following pressure from investors, boosting the company's shares on Wednesday.MCG will seek to name a new CEO "in a matter of weeks, not months," Giles added.
The company added in a statement that Chairman Rolf Stomberg and Finance Director Craig Smith had also resigned.
"We are hoping for a more effective management," Gartmore's Media and Public Relations Head Kimberley Robinson said earlier.
