Copying shamelessly from Jason

OK, let me admit it at the beginning.

I am copying this concept from Jason Goldberg's blog. There, I said it !

Beginning today, I will be starting a column called the Indian HR Thought Leader series. The nomenclature might be heavy but the concept is very simple. I'm reaching out to HR thought leaders in India and asking them what they think about the future of work and the repercussions it has for young professions.
